Whole home remodeling project collaboration
FLOOR360 and Refined Renovations in Milwaukee recently collaborated on a large-scale luxury whole home remodeling project. Refined Renovations led the remodeling project by developing concepts and plans with the homeowners followed by a collaboration with FLOOR360 Interior Designer Julie Taylor on sourcing the specified selections and coordinating the expert installation. Primary Bathroom
“The use of large format tiles is a very on trend design element and FLOOR360 offers many options to choose from. Refined Renovations’ selection for this Primary bath allows for a seamless marble look with few grout joints, giving it a grand and open feel. Our highly skilled team of tile installers was crucial to the success and beauty of this installation,” says Julie Taylor, FLOOR360.
HOME OFFICE
“We chose walnut flooring to bring warmth into this home office and designed a herringbone pattern with an inlaid brass border as a subtle but striking design feature. FLOOR360 presented both herringbone and straight-lay options, which helped bring our brass inlay detail to life. The final install is simply outstanding”, explains Stephanie Piehl, Refined Renovations.
“Our wood installer did an amazing job with the custom solid brass inlay in the office, accentuating the true beauty of the floor and the herringbone pattern. The walnut herringbone pattern continued in both the Primary bedroom and library further showcasing its warmth as well as the intricacy of this type of installation,” comments Julie Taylor.
