FLOOR360 has a core group of individuals on our leadership team who work together to lead and support the initiatives of the company.
Bob Tobe, CEO
Bob founded the Wisconsin Flooring Company in Madison in January 1998; later to be re-named FLOOR360. He believes the success of FLOOR360 is a direct result of attracting and retaining good people in all areas of business. Bob is originally from Cincinnati, OH where he was an owner of a graphic design company and later launched a full-service advertising agency. Bob’s commitment to giving back to the community includes initiating and sponsoring Design for a Difference, a charity movement that provides design makeovers for non-profit facilities in the Madison area. Ryan Koechel, President
Ryan leads sales, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives for FLOOR360. Ryan is currently on the Advisory Council of the International Design Guild, CCA’s NEX40 Council and a CCA Shining Star Member. Prior to joining FLOOR360, Ryan was the VP of Marketing for the Madison based apartment search startup ABODO (rentable.co), leading the Growth and Marketing teams. Prior to that he held different leadership roles in creating, leading and growing Spectrum Brands Global e-Commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
Robert Richter, CFO
Robert joined the company in January 1999 and has provided FLOOR360 with the financial leadership to enable consistent growth. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Robert’s area of expertise includes evaluating commercial contracts, insurance and bonding requirements. He is also responsible for FLOOR360’s strong position with financial institutions and key suppliers.
Chris Byrne, Commercial Sales
Chris has been with the company since June 2004. His specialty is the ability to handle interesting and sometime difficult projects. Projects in his portfolio include multiple schools, restaurants, new apartment complexes as well as retro projects like the Milwaukee Kimpton Hotel, Westin Hotel Milwaukee, and the Brewhouse Hotel-Pabst Brewery conversion.
Michelle Belgiano, Director of residential Sales
Michelle serves as the Director of Residential Sales at FLOOR360, where she oversees the development and maintenance of our relationships with vendors, builders, and remodelers. She is deeply passionate about supporting her team and collaborating to find effective solutions. She has been in sales roles for multiple years with County Materials and ThyssenKrupp Elevators. She earned her BA in Psychology from Taylor University.
Matt Kroening, Installation Manager
Matt has been with FLOOR360 since January 2005, leading the team of installers and service professionals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
Andy oversees the Customer Service, Project Management and Installation operations for retail residential and builder customers. He is responsible for service and warranty issues and ensuring projects are completed on time. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Steve Ackerman, Warehouse Manager
Steve oversees the day-today operations of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, inventory and deliveries. He has developed and led his team of quality people since December 2013.
Kelly Kuehn, Kashou Design Studio Manager
Kelly is an interior designer, who has been in the flooring business since 2011. She holds a BA in journalism from Indiana University, and hold an associate’s degree in interior design from Milwaukee Area Technical College. With the introduction of Design For A Difference-Milwaukee, Kelly will be sharing her skills while improving the aesthetics, function and safety in a space needed by those in the Milwaukee community who are less fortunate.
Audra Johnson, marketing Director
Since November 2016, Audra has provided executive support while managing internal and external communications. Additionally, Audra organizes and executes the company’s advertising and marketing plans. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University.
